We all pretend

Yeah, that's right. Just like you read it.
We fake smiles and drop tears in silence.

We say hi to people we don't want to see.

We lie everyday to everyone.

We just like that, with such easily we pretend.

Well, I must say there are some exceptions. But they're few to notice.

We pretend we are glad to see someone.

We pretend we love someone.

We pretend we liked a gift, and a job.

We wear those masks everyday, just to impress.

We want to give the impression that we are strong enough.

We want the people away our world.

We just don't tolerate much.

We don't say what we feel.

We all pretend everything is fine.

We all pretend everything is black and white. Oh no, that was my mistake.

I pretend that I live beside rainbows and ponys, because that's how I feel sometimes.... with you.

Eres mi debilidad

Quisiera ser tu almohada, que secara tus lágrimas y rozara tus mejillas cada noche al dormir.
El viento me da envidia, acariciando tu pelo y tocando suavemente tu rostro día a día.
¡Qué sol tan afortunado! Que logra verte en tus penas y alegrías. Despeinado en la mañana y tomando el desayuno.

Me gustaría ser el agua, que pasa por tu cuerpo mientras te bañas.
O me conformo con tu cama, que te abraza con su calor al dormir. Que te cuida y protege de las pesadillas.

-No estaría mal ser tu labial, que pasa por el contorno de tus labios cada rato.
Estar en contacto con tu piel, ser tu crema, esa que usas diario.
O tal vez tus lentes, que tienen la fortuna de mirar esos ojos 24/7.

Pero lo que sería aún más espectacular, quisiera ser tu espejo, poderte ver como tú te ves y reflejarte lo mejor que tienes, darte mi imagen y que sepas que eres perfecto para alguien. Poderte ver como realmente eres de pies a cabeza, en tu mente y alma. Quisiera ver esa sonrisa liviana que es difícil olvidar.

Quisiera que supieras que eres mi debilidad.

...pero el dinero puede comprarlo todo,
menos lo más valioso.

El bien, el ser...
todo lo que quieras ser.

Since I met you the sun has changed, I could see the beauty of the sky again and appreciate the smell of perfumes. Since I met you, the gray turned blue and I found harmony, I found my place, where I belong. Since I met you I recovered my hope and I knew that there are only few friends in the world and I can't trust to everybody. Since I met you, I learned to fly and to run and to fall and to leave, this crazy world. Since I met you my eyes felt again the need to demonstrate what they feel, I learned to cry again. Since I met you I tresured every single minute by your side 'cause you give me everything I need and more. Since I met you, I realized that happiness was conformed with more than family and friends, that relationships could last and that the perfect man exists. Since I met you, my poems began to shine, to yell at the words that they must be excellent and meaningful because they represent everything I feel and think and that's you.
